Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Outfits By SA, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• If there is any mistake from our side (such as wrong item, size, or defect), we will exchange the item free of charge.

• If a customer wishes to return an item without any valid reason, 30% of the order value will be deducted from the refund as handling and restocking fee.

All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition for returns or exchanges to be accepted.
